Ca’ 3 Archi is on the ancient Napoleonic Road called Terraglio between Venice and Treviso, well served by buses and a short walk far from Mogliano train station where a ride gets you to Venice in 20 minutes !

CA' 3 ARCHI is a unique and lovely green location near around corner from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, trains all within 10 minutes walk !

Ca’ 3 Archi is family friendly, in this green space great for relaxing you find a lovely place to bring the kids

Guests can accommodate in two separate and adjacent double bedrooms on the same private floor for their exclusive use

At the floor where are located the bedrooms there is the bathroom and the reading room for private use of the guests

If guests are in two and they use two bedrooms one by each an one-off extra charge of 10 euro will be applied for cleaning the bedding of the second bedroom

Guests can access at the their private floor where is the apartment through a private entrance located on the side of the house, independent from the rest of the house

The shared areas are open to guests: Car Park, Garden and Play Room unheated after 6 PM

The apartment is self-contained, but remains part of the main house, so there will be the general activity associated with being a neighbour

You'll hear us using the rest of the house

On the ground floor there is a small nursery open during the week with exception of Saturdays and Sundays Kids attending nursery are 0 to 3 years old and make their voice heard in full respect of quiet hours of the house

The nursery is not accessible to the guests

Location in front of main road is surrounded by large private parks: a valuable place green close to the center

In spite of the fact that we are walking distance from the center when you wake up in the morning you may see a squirrel peeping through the branches of the trees, hear the singing of blackbirds or the chant of cicadas and cuckoos.

We think this is worth the short walk to get downtown !

All shops you may need are within 8-10 minutes walk: restaurants, bars, pubs, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets

Your apartment is only a few minutes walk from train station and bus stop: 8-10 minutes walk to train station 2-3 minutes walk to bus stop

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of a small provincial town: if you are looking for a room in St Mark's Square or around Grand Canal please keep looking.

We would kindly ask guests, in the name of mutual respect, the observance of quiet hours : Until 7:30 in the morning and After 10.30 in the evening

Each guest who has more than thirteen years has to pay the City Tax of 1 euro per day for maximum of ten days

The City Tax is not included into the daily price of the apartment and the guest is asked to pay for it cash at the end of his stay

We would like to kindly ask our guests to pay attention the house rules and apply common sense during the stay as do not flood kitchen or bathroom, switch off the lights and close the windows when going out the house

Getting around

All shops you may need are within 8-10 minutes walk: restaurants, bars, pubs, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets Your apartment is only a few minutes walk from train station and bus stop: 8-10 minutes walk to train station 2-3 minutes walk to bus stop Our Guests coming to visit Venice with a car stop it in our private car park to turn it again when they restart at the end of their stay ! The car is useless if you want to visit Venice due to the high cost of car parking (+40 euro / day in Venice, 15 euro/day in Mestre) and huge traffic on the road. Public transport is the best way for approaching Venice, we recommend the train : travel to Venice takes more or less 20 minutes and round trip cost is 5,20 euro/per person.
