Description

This charming detached cottage is set in a rural community, but only 8km from a main town with supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Ideal for visiting our local Tourist Attraction PUY DU FOU.

The cottage sleeps 4. One double bedroom,a very large lounge diner with two sofas one of which converts to a double bed, shower room and a fully fitted kitchen.

The lounge is open plan to the dining area, the lounge has two sofas and for entertainment there is TV with English satellite channels, DVD player and CD player. Wi-FI is available outside. The owners are next door should you require any assistance during your stay. There is a patio area, barbecue area and a splash pool measuring 450cm x220cm x 84cm

This cottage is very close to the Vendee borders so therefore the property lends itself to the Micro climate of the warmth of the La Rochelle basin.

The famous Pescalis fishing complex where international competitions are held each year is 5km away and there is a Karting Circuit very close by.

From the hamlet the cottage is situated in, you can reach the Grand Parc of Puy du Fou in 30 minutes an absolute must, not to be missed. Also La Rochelle 75 mins away and Sable D'Olonnes 90minutes will take you to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast.

There is so much to see and experience in the department of Deux Sevres.

Response from the owner Although we are aware that this customer had a problem with the T.V we had attempted to get all channels. We had brought a brand new satellite dish and a brand new decoder for our french customers, we will look at using a different satellite for next year. We do not provide WIFI.
