Description
This 3 bedroom character restored building dates back over 300 years but now offers comfortable and modern accommodation ideal for four adults and up to three children, all surrounded by the beautiful Dordogne countryside with the river only just over 1km away. Rose Cottage sleeps up to 4 adults and 3 children as the third bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed has restricted headspace. A cot, stair gate and highchair for babies/toddlers is available if needed. This is an ideal location for a extended family or group holiday as you can also rent Vine Cottage next door which sleeps an additional 4 people. It is highly suited to children and has an additional children play garden at the rear with slides, swings, trampolines and sand pit, something for every age.To lighten your load, all bed linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided in the price and each property is cleaned thoroughly prior to arrival and beds made up. The recent addition of a washing machine also lightens the load for families. The cottage also features a newly renovated bathroom. The swimming pool is salt water and not chlorine so kinder on eyes and skin. The pool is tiled around with loungers and parasols for use by guests. The pool is secured with a fence and child proof locking gate so parents can rest easy knowing children can play in the garden safely with no risk from the pool. The pool can be heated at an extra cost. Mountain bikes are also available for your use, with a child seats also available.
