Monte Porzio Catone, dotato di vista spettacolare su Roma. La sua posizione
strategica vi consentirà di raggiungere Roma in 20 minuti di auto soggiornando in un'oasi di pace nella magica cornice dei Castelli Romani.
La villa prende il nome dalla villa di Augusta Matidia, suocera dell'imperatore Adriano, i cui resti si trovano nelle vicinanze.
TRASPORTI La stazione Anagnina di Roma "linea A" della metropolitana è raggiungibile in 15 minuti, con un autobus che ferma a circa 300mt dalla villa. da lì con poche fermate di metropolitana si arriva al centro di Roma.
si può raggiungere Roma anche prendendo lo stesso autobus scendendo alla stazione dei treni di Frascati, da lì treni molto frequenti conducono alla stazione di Roma Termini in circa 30 minuti.
Per chi volesse visitare il centro storico di Monte Porzio Catone, che dista circa 800mt, davanti alla villa si ferma un autobus del servizio urbano.
ad 800mt dalla villa è situato il casello autostradale di Monte Porzio Catone sulla diramazione Roma-Napoli. da cui raggiungere facilmente il parco a tema Rainbow e il centro commerciale Outlet di Valmontone.

La villa è situata in un quartiere residenziale, immersa nel verde ,ma non isolata, è circondata da altre ville con giardino,i negozi più vicini distano pochi minuti a piedi, da segnalare il bar di Nerone , ideale per un pasto veloce. Monte Porzio Catone ,caratteristico borgo dei Castelli Romani con i suoi negozi e ristorantini potrà venire incontro a ogni vostra esigenza, da segnalare il Ristorante la "Cantina di Romoletto ".
La zona intorno a Monte Porzio Catone è ricca di siti archeologici, degne di nota le rovine di Tusculm con l' anfiteatro Romano e la via dei Sepolcri. Frascati, ad appena 3 km dalla villa ,famosa per le rinascimentali Ville Tuscolane tra cui Spicca la principesca Villa Aldobrandini ,è una cittadina ricca storia, numerose le Chiese e monumenti di elevato valore artistico storico e culturale. È molto piacevole passeggiare tra le sue caratteristiche viuzze,ricche di negozi e ristorantini dove gustare le prelibatezze della cucina Romana accompagnate da un ' ottimo Frascati DOC. Degni di nota sono anche Castel Gandolfo sede della residenza estiva Papale con il suo stupendo lago balneabile di origine vulcanica, dai suggestivi panorami e Grottaferrata con l'antica Abbazia di " San Nilo ".
La zona circostante alla città di Monte Porzio Catone è circondata dal vigneti e cantine per la degustazione di prodotti enogastronomici.
A poca distanza dalla villa si trova l'Osservatorio Astronomico dell'INAF, con il suo museo astronomico visitabile previo appuntamento.
