Ideal for families of all ages, with easy access to all amenities, including local shops and supermarkets, football pitch, tennis courts, cinema, boating lakes and water parks.
Quiet and peaceful yet only 40 minutes from Bordeaux to the south west and St.Emilion to the south. For days out visit the historic towns of Cognac, Saintes, Angouleme, and the picturesque seaside towns of Royan, with its famous zoo, and La Rochelle, one of the most beautiful places in France. It's old port still has the towers which used to protect it. A must is a visit to Aubetterre sur Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Not only is it beautiful but there is plenty to do, such as kayaking, tennis, swimming and visiting the historic monolithic church.

“Perfect”
We are staying here right now. The property is perfect for a family holiday. It is rural, however everything you need is within a short drive. The local pizza restaurant is amazing

We do try to accommodate everyone, including young children and teenagers, with the PlayStation and equipment in the games room. Our pool has recently been renovated with the addition of a heat pump so no longer need we rely on the weather to heat the pool. Thank you for looking after our Villa whilst you were there.
