Eden Vale is a large Georgian property of historic interest. Converted into 7 self-catering flats, each 3-star rated by the English Tourism Council.The property is situated on an elevated private road on Morecambe's promenade and commands unspoilt views of the sea, the Lakeland Hills and stunning sunsets over the Bay. Flat 7 is a garden view flat with private patio area. We provide an ideal central base for visiting the beautiful Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and only 4 miles away you will discover the historic city of Lancaster. A stay with us includes all self-catering facilities except personal towels and there are no additional charges for electricity and gas with free parking on the public carpark right accross the road.

Morecambe is the closest seaside resort to any motorway in the UK which means you can explore the whole area, by many means of transportation, very easily and accessibly. The area offers a wide range of leisure activities for all ages.

For those who had a flat at the front, a lovely view over Morecambe Bay. And, with all the glorious weather, an amazing sunset at end-of-day. Even those facing the garden, like us, didn't have far to go To watch the ever changing panorama as Cumbrian lights began to glow. How do damage deposits work?
