Outside everyone will enjoy the private pool, or take a break in the hot tub on the ocean side Mid-Level Deck for great views day or night! The Ground-Level is outfitted as the 6th bedroom with a duo bunk with trundle, plus foosball table, game table, and 48" Roku TV. Location is everything at ‘Sweet Isabel' with so many activities and attractions so close you can walk or ride bikes to them! Local groceries and deli at Cahoon's, restaurants from great burgers and fries to five-star dining, outlet mall shopping, 2 marinas just minutes away, water sports, access to the sound just across the bypass for smooth water for paddleboards and water sports, or ride the waves right outside your front door! Great location for fishing, biking, jogging, or any watersport you can imagine!
Top-Level: Great Room with 55" Roku TV, DVD, Gas Fireplace, Deck Access with Ocean View, Kitchen with 2 Ovens and Bar seats 5, Dining Table seats 8, King Bedroom with Roku TV and Private Deck Access, shares access to Hall Full Bathroom.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
