Excellent apartment forming part of a complex comprising an ancient farmhouse, whose construction dates back to 1200, with adjoining parkland and garden completely fenced and partly inhabited by owners who care maintenance.
-The apartment is on two floors, on the first floor the living area and sleeping area per second, has recently been restored and comprises entrance hall, lounge dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, for a total area 70 mq. about.
-The master bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, has an exclusive use of bathroom with bathtub and shower.
-A second bedroom has a bunk bed with wardrobe and shower bath shared with another room.
-The second room is suitable for use by children with two bunk beds, a wardrobe and a desk. The room can also be used by adults.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots of various sizes, the budget includes the gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer, Toaster, coffee maker and water.
-In the living room you can find a table with its chairs and sofa, a modern Led tv with receiver for terrestrial and satellite channels.
-The large and airy bathroom includes a shower equipped with top and side jets, Washbasin with mirror, a mobile TOILET and a bidet.
-Accommodation is equipped with every comfort climate, solar panels for hot water, heating floor, there is a window with mosquito net.
-Living comfort is a hairdryer for common use, and one for each guest a bathrobe with washbasin, towels for shower and sheets, while the security of valuables is a wall safe with combination set by the guest.
-Outside of the building you can enjoy the large garden with barbecue, table and chairs for dining outside, sitting in the shade of trees and car parking.
-How to get there:-by plane the Galileo Galilei airport is approximately 6 km away. We recommend that you rent a car at the airport itself to have complete freedom to explore our sites.
-with your own road of great communication (website hidden). (connected to the A1 motorway, A12) exit Navacchio/Nugolaio, follow the signs for Centro Commerciale dei Borghi, take via Fosso Vecchio, after 1.5 km. turn right at the bridge.
The House rules are few and essential, it requires respect for the property and especially to the next, avoiding the diurnal and night rowdiness either. Once in possession of the keys to access to housing is allowed at any time of the day/night. It is provided for the free use of equipment supplied, though their damage should be compensated. Pets are allowed subject to our approval and provided that they are not harassing, does not harm things, not dirty and especially do not constitute a danger to the safety of others.
Sonia and Max will be glad to meet you at your arrival you will wait to deliver the remote control of the gate and the keys to their House as well as a brief instruction for its use; also inhabiting next will be available for your needs.
Visitors access our guests will have access to external structures, Garden, barbecue, deck-chairs and a Sun umbrella.
Interaction with guests Live in the same property, and therefore we are always present.
The neighborhood we are immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside.
A tour around us there is no public transport.
Inside the structure we have ample parking for 5 cars away from the Sun at the airport you can rent a car to Rent a car here, for those who want to can offer a reception service and transport.
House rules, guests are free to use all of our facilities but must bring the utmost respect.
our approval shall be admitted after the pets as long as they do not constitute a danger to other users of the facility.
