Description
The apartment "Rose and Tulip" is located in the center of Negrar, only three minutes walk from the Ospedale Sacro Cuore Don Calabria. In the immediate vicinity are: the bus stop, pharmacy, bar, bakery, shops. It has kitchen-living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, relax veranda and large terrace. The apartment comes complete with everything: linens, towels, dishes, coffee machine, microwave, TV in living room and in the bedroom, hair dryer, washing machine and wi-fi. All utilities are included and also available free private uncovered parking. On request, a private garage is available. The Rose and Tulips apartment is nestled in the beautiful Valpolicella and is about 20 minutes by car from the center of Verona and 30 minutes from Lake Garda.

“Rose E Tulipani 1 stay”
Martina met us and was very helpful and friendly, she took the time to show us round, made suggestions of where to eat and places to visit, and sent us bus timetables to visit Verona, she could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and modern with e large sun terrace. The situation is excellent, with two bars, a gelateria and restaurant within 2 minutes walk. Negrar is a very pleasant busy small town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The bus service to Verona is excellent and very reasonable, wonderful mountain scenery is only minutes away and Lake Garda about 30 minutes drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return some time.
