Comfortable apartment with furniture and new appliances. Is located at the foot of the hills of Valpolicella in a quiet but convenient to all services (pharmacy, market, newspapers, bus stops, ...) 5 minutes from the hospital in Negrar, 20 minutes from the historic center, 35 minutes from Lake Garda. It has a large free public parking and gardens in front of the house. Linens and towels are included. Easily accessible from the highway, near the bus stop leading in 21 Urban Centre, Station, at the Fair and connects all the hospitals of Verona. Ideal for families to visit Verona and surroundings. The apartment is suitable for those who need to care for a relative in the hospital.
