Description

Very private, newly renovated 2 BR 1 BA cottage on 0.5 acre of wooded forest. Beautiful, vacation retreat, close to private and public Lake Michigan beaches. Large private front yard with serene gardens, comfy chairs, fire pit, bbq grill and outdoor shower. Back yard has 2 decks overlooking the wooded property and creek. Inside is a fully equipped modern kitchen, DW, Microwave. Luxurious linens, bedding and new mattresses await you in the bedrooms. MBR has flat screen TV. Great room has wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, cozy furniture. Bathroom has full bath/shower, double sinks. 3 season room is beautifully appointed with couch and cushioned chairs. Short drive to downtown New Buffalo for wonderful shopping, restaurants, public beach.

You'll need a car to get to Pinebrook Cottage. Amtrak runs to downtown New Buffalo but you would need to arrange for transportation from the station to the cottage.

2-3 weeks before your stay, we will send out a list of items that we provide at the cottage for your stay as well as information on activities available, good restaurants in the area......things that will make your stay more enjoyable. We are available via phone if you need additional information. We also provide a book that sits on the welcome desk which provides information, menus, activities, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Patty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
