This condo is your vacation home away from home located in New Smyrna Beach a beautiful ,quaint and peaceful seaside community . Stay at this beautiful contemporary large 3/2 resort style, family friendly condo. Located just across the street from the beautiful New Smyrna NO-Drive portion of the beach recommend by Disney as the beach for the ideal family vacation) with pedestrian access and and short walk to the breathtaking seashore ! The condo can also be used to accommodate guests requesting a 2/2 or a 1/1 and rates can be adjusted. Great for a week long family vacation, couples weekend, singles ,retreat, family reunion, weekend/weekday getaways, extended stay or executive lodging. The condo provides full kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee, all linens and a washer and dryer in the unit. Also we provide 2 beach chairs and a beach cart with an additional beach chair.

Upon departure please start a load of laundry and leave no more than two loads of laundry , otherwise a fee of $25.00 per load will be charged.

New Smyrna Beach was also voted 'Top 10 Florida Best Beach Town by Dr. Beach and voted by National Geographic in the Top 20 in the World for it's town and beaches.WOW!

This three bedroom and two bath condo is professionally decorated and centrally located within the complex. Enjoy this spacious and clean unit with nearly 1800 square feet of air conditioned comfort with soothing views from your private balcony providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. This unit features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dresser with 2 night stands, large walk in closet and its own television. The large master bath has a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands and dresser and tv. The third bedroom has twin size beds, dressers and television . The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar includes 2 stools. The living room has a flat screen television. Additional features include movies ,games and some beach toys. Also included in the unit is WiFi , cable and free long distance calling within the US.

This state of the art complex is a gated community providing covered garage parking with an elevator in the garage lobby. The Ocean Walk Complex provides each guest with numerous amenities. The beautiful club house which is just steps from the unit offers basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, exercise room, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, putting green, grilling area, nature trail, limited fishing, large screen television with entertaining area. The other clubhouse also has a heated pool, fire pit ,bocce ball, private theatre room, social area with tables and chairs and wine bar all beautifully decorated. Internet access is also available in both cluhouses. This modern complex is centrally located for easy access to activities such as shopping, restaurants, golfing, boating, and more. World Attractions such as Disney, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and Sea World are only an 1 ¼ hour drive away. Kennedy Space Center on hour away . Famous Daytona Beach is just a short drive further north. Come stay at this inviting luxury beach retreat!
