Description

If you're looking for a quaint, simple beach getaway, you'll love it here. Our beautiful two-story fully remodeled 937-square-foot beach condo offers a perfect vacation. Our end unit is within steps of the white sandy shores of New Smyrna Beach.

Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed, cable television, a closet, and an ocean view. There is also a second bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a beautiful view of the Indian River. There is a full-size bathroom with a shower and tub.

After a long day in the sun, you can relax downstairs or on the porch that overlooks the ocean. There are plenty of chairs on the porch where you can kick back and watch the waves. There is a unit directly in front of ours, although you still have an ocean view off to the right. The kitchen has modern appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and everything you need to cook up a nice meal. There is an eat-in bar with two bar stools as well as a counter-top table that seats two. It is also a great area to set up a computer if you need to work. The unit has a queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There is also a full-size bath downstairs. Enjoy cable television on the 32' flat-screen television and free WiFi throughout the condo.

We have linens for both bedrooms and the sleeper sofa; plenty of bath and kitchen towels; and beach towels. We also have a portable crib, a high chair, a baby gate, boogie boards, and an umbrella.

Our unit is also steps away from the beautiful pool area. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella-covered tables. The condo also has a lovely covered gazebo that overlooks the ocean and charcoal grills you can use at your leisure. After relaxing by the pool, you can walk right down the steps and put your toes in the sand.

No driving is allowed on the south end of the beach where we are located. The property is quiet, with only 41 units.

If you're looking for things to keep you busy at the condo, you're set. There is a library, a pool table in the game room, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. If you need to do a load of laundry, there are full-size washers and dryers on-site. In the laundry room, there are plenty of books, board games, and cards that you can enjoy after a long day in the sun and surf.

If you'd like to venture into the town of New Smyrna, you are seven minutes from downtown. There are plenty of unique shops, surf shops, ice cream parlors, local seafood restaurants, and pubs. You can also visit the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse or catch a live performance at the Little Theatre of New Smyrna Beach.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
