Unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean on one of the largest ocean front complexes in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Fully furnished unit has three bedrooms (on two levels), Master Bath plus one full and one half baths, and is located on one of the world's safest and cleanest beaches. The quaint village of New Smyrna Beach is a relaxing alternative from other congested vacation spots in Florida. Still close enough though that you are only 15 miles from the Daytona Speedway, 70 miles from Disney World, and only eight miles to the New Smyrna Beach's golf course and 2 others. Before you arrive, the on-site Property Management will inspect the unit to ensure it meets our standards. When you arrive they will make sure you get your keys and register all Guests in your party. You will receive a Parking Pass and instructions on how to access the grounds. Feel free to utilize the tennis courts and shuffleboard or choose between several challenging 18 hole golf courses just minutes away. Even closer is the yacht basin and marina with access to deep sea fishing and boating along the inter-coastal waterway.

How do damage deposits work?
