Stay in New Smyrna beach at the 'Lazy Pelican' just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Located 2 short blocks from the famous "Flagler Avenue".Only 1 hour to the Orlando Disney, Universal and Sea World attractions. 20 minutes from the attractions in Daytona Beach. Internet, digital cable (249 channels) and nationwide long distance now included. I now accept PayPal and e-check for payments. **”Only one rental tenant(s) allowed per 30 day period”**. New pool to be finished April 2022.

Response from the owner Just to clarify. Renter came in two nights early but I didn't charge her for the extra nights. The description does not mention a "pull-out" couch but very nice cots are provided to accommodate 6 total people. The heavy rains we have had this summer has made lawn maintenance a challenge. Sorry that the furniture is not "high end" but this is a beach house...not a Manhatten apartment.
