Description

This is truly an amazing apartment and location. Brand New in 2010, modern award winning apartment block, very well equipped. South facing for sun all day, which is rare in Newquay as the town faces North. Secure Car park behind the building with no height restriction. Many other New apartment blocks on Headland Road, Zinc, Azure and Cribbar have under ground Car parks so you may not get in with a roof box. Newquay is a lively town very popular with both young and old. There are many Night Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants and shops which make the town center very lively and a true year round destination. Once you are outside of the Town Center it is very different with Incredible Beaches, amazing walks along the cliffs, great restaurants, Different Pubs and places to explore.Our 2nd floor apartment apartment is on a headland, 10 to 15 minute walk from the town center, which has Three Higher End Hotels and some very smart apartment blocks with Fistral beach at the end of the headland. Having the Golf course on one side, cliffs and the ocean on the other does make for a quieter time. Sainsburys is only a 10 minute walk away. Tesco's make regular online deliveries to our building often coming three or four times on a busy Saturday, maybe a time to try internet grocery shopping. Use postcode TR7 1FN. Fistral Beach is the home of the British Surf Center, there are many competitions involving Sea and Beach sports particularly during the summer months. It has a Bar, Cafe, Pizza Pie & Cider, Pizza Takeaway, Top quality Fish Restaurant, Rick Steins Fish & Chip and Indian Takeaway, Fat Face, Quicksilver and other surf shops, right on the beach and many more not far away. NO SMOKING, in the apartment, on the balcony. This includes any burning or heating of anything to make smoke for any reason within the apartment or on the balcony.

“Lovely apartment with stunning views of Fistral Bay”

The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. We loved the balcony with views overlooking the golf course and Fistral Bay. The apartment was a stones throw from the beach, we couldn't get any closer if we wanted. Overall one of the best places we have stayed.
