Description

Set in the most beautiful location of Newquay, in the heart of Trenance, is the Lakeside Apartment, located on the second floor, this modern apartment is the perfect holiday spot. When entering the apartment you will step into a stylish kitchen, with all modern facilities which include microwave, oven and large fridge freezer, it has all your needs to make a tasty meal for the family. You can enjoy your meal at the table which extends to seat six. Into the open planned lounge features a 42inch wall mounted Smart TV, with free Wifi, with an electric reclining 3 seater sofa & a Snuggle Chair.

From the lounge you can enjoy a glass of wine or two in the evening sat out on the balcony watching the world pass you by. The bathroom is also well equipped, giving space for products, mirror over the sink and a powerful shower over the bath to wake you in the mornings. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, bedside cabinets and to give you ample of storage there is a triple wardrobe, four draw chest of drawers and another TV on the wall. The second bedroom comprises of two single beds and a further double Wardrobe. Outside the apartment there is Trenance Gardens to explore, whilst being able to feed the ducks or hire a boat on the lake. We provide bed linen, we do not supply towels/ tea towels. The beauty of the Lakeview apartment is the location, within a five minute walk you can be at Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, crazy golf, Newquay riding stables, indoor and outdoor tennis, skate board park and plenty more. There is also the Newquay land train for the days you wish to leave the car at home and with one allocated parking space you will always have somewhere to park at the Lakeview apartment

“Perfect Cornish holiday”

Stayed at this apartment , was a delight from Start to finish. Exceptionally clean , warm and cosy in the colder month. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook up an evening meal. Games was a nice touch for something to do in wet weather. Location was perfect and had so much to do in local area. Will defiantly be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Peter and Evelyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
