Pentewan is a 2 bedroom coastal apartment in the popular Ocean one complex. The apartment overlooks the world famous Fistral Beach and is only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive into Newquay Town.

“Perfect home, ideal location, surfers paradise”

I absolutely love this apartment and have rented it out a number of times. It's in an ideal location - Fistral beach can be seen from the living room (perfect for a morning surf check) and you can go from your bed to the beach in 5 mins! Central town is a 10 mins walk away for lively nightlife, seaside town shopping, cafes and pubs. Secure parking is a bonus - particularly in high season where parking in the town is tricky. Perfect for kids and adults alike, there is plenty of space and the living room is bigger than it looks in the photographs. I'll be booking in again soon!

How do damage deposits work?
