Description

Stunning sea view apartment located in the sought-after Pentire area. Easy walking distance to both the famous Fistral surfing beach and River Gannel Estuary. Spacious apartment you could actually live in and not just stay for a weekend!

Local facilities include a range of shops, fashionable bars and restaurants. Historic picturesque working fishing harbour in the town. Bus and rail service to outlying areas and only seven miles to Newquay airport.

Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, balcony with sea views and views of Newquay golf course. Sea views from almost every room.

Three double bedrooms (super king can divide into two twins), two bathrooms, gas central heating and double

glazing. Two communal lawns, bike racks, allocated parking space and visitors parking for up to 24 hours at a time. For guests who need a second parking space, I will pay for a space in the nearby Pentire Headland carpark (less than 5 minutes' walk). Visitor spaces have 24-hr max stay.

Fully furnished lounge/diner with sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with bar seats, fan oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer.

Three good-sized bedrooms, one en-suite (small double now in third bedroom).

Car park situated metres from the entrance to the apartment.

Getting around

Fistral Beach is 10 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment building from which buses go to Newquay town centre. Alternatively it is a 20-minute walk. Local taxi firms pick up from the apartment front car park. Pentire Avenue links well via A roads to all major destinations, including the airport, down the coast to Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth, or up the coast to Lusty Glaze, Porth, Watergate Bay, Constantine Bay and Padstow, all within 30 minutes and some much less.

Interaction with guest

I am always on hand usually at short notice to speak to guests before, during and after their stay either on e-mail or by phone. In the event of an emergency the housekeeper is a local Newquay resident who can come to the apartment if needs be. There is an hard copy apartment booklet at the property which can also be supplied electronically on request.

“Superb Appartment”

This is our 2nd stay at spinnakers it has everything you could ever need and require and is a stones throw from Newquay town centre would highly recommend.

“Great Apartment in Great location”

The apartment was in a nice quiet location overlooking the pitch and putt golf course on the Pentire Headland. Fistral beach is 10 to 15 minute walk away and you can walk into the Town in about 25 minutes. Crantock beach is also very close and at low tide you can access the beach via the steps at the Fern Pit Cafe, when the tide is in you need you catch the ferry for a small charge. The apartment is very spacious particularly the master bedroom. It is located on the first floor with access via stairs or the life.

“Cornwall staycation”

Amazing and very spacious apartment, It has everything you need and more! The views are lovely, and a great balcony for sitting, watching the sunsets. Lovely walks nearby over the Pentire headland also Crantock and Fistral beaches within walking distance. Fab location for visiting different parts of Cornwall. Ben the host was great, responded to all our emails very quickly. Would 100% recommend Spinakers apartment.
