A wonderful feeling of being close to the Sea here, with stunning views in every direction.
New Resin Decked Area at the front of the house ..... and at the back of the house. So you have a choice of outdoor Seating Areas to relax and enjoy the Sea Views !
Fistral Beach has the multi million pound Surf Centre on the beach ... with Surf school / showers etc, fantastic restaurants, shops --- Rick Stein has his Restaurant here ...... it is an amazing vibrant atmosphere !
This lovely modern house is on the Surf View complex, with swimming pool + gardens, in Pentire, Newquay, a lovely quiet area.

This house is on a lovely complex, with Swimming pool, and lots of garden space to relax and play at the back of the house. It is so wonderful to have so much outside space at this property. Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach. There is also access to Crantock beach from here.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN, with everything you could need. Oven and hob, Washing machine, Microwave, fridge freezer, Toaster, Kettle. There is dining area for 4 guests in the kitchen.
LARGE LOUNGE AREA - 2 comfortable sofas, HUGE FLAT SCREEN TV, Freeview. Patio doors lead out to patio area with seating, perfect to relax with a drink and enjoy the stunning sea views!! ---- Here you will find the heated swimming pool, and gardens / lawn areas, It is wonderful to have so much outdoor space to relax and have fun together
WONDERFUL NEW DECKING AREA FITTED --- at the front and back of the property.
DOUBLE BEDROOM ---- Amazing sea views from here. A wonderful view to wake up to !! ....... Double bed with amazing comfortable mattress, wardrobe space, bedside drawers, bedside lamps, large drawers, large mirror.
TWIN BEDROOM -More stunning sea and beach views from here. You can even see the surfers in the sea from here. Double fitted wardrobe space, bedside lighting. We can at time provide a child's Chair bed that can be used for a child only. Please ask about this if needed.

FAMILY BATHROOM ---- Modern white bathroom suite, Bath with shower over, shower screen, wc, Basin with storage, Large mirror, spot lighting.
FREE PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE -- this is great to have allocated parking on the complex .... no need to struggle to park!

Eden project, St Ives, Lands End, Charlestown, Dairyland Farm World, Holywell Bay Fun Park, Camel Trail - great for cycling ! We leave lots of information at the property to give you ideas for days out etc .............
Beautiful beaches in every direction, there are so many fantastic beaches -- you will have an amazing holiday in Cornwall !

We can no longer accept a dog here im afraid. The management company do not allow Holiday guests to bring a dog.

“Fantastic location”
This is a fantastic location overlooking Fistral beach the views are amazing. The communal pool is great for a cool off on a hot day and nice for a pool day if you want a break and relax from the many beaches near by. The property was very clean and comfortable and an ideal size for 4 people. The patio areas have recently been upgraded and are nice to sit out on an evening. Fistral beach is in walking distance downhill although it’s all up hill on the way back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had yet another great weeks holiday in Newquay.

It is just a few minutes walk down to Fistral beach which is on a slight incline -- so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues .... everyone always loves the feeling of being close to the sea here ......... This property sleeps 4 ideally like you said ....... with a large lounge area that does have a sofa bed if required for an extra guest .......... There is amazing sea views from the double bedroom, the twin bedroom, from the lounge and while relaxing on the patio area and garden ! ..... So many guests say how amazing it is to open the curtains in the morning and see that amazing sea view ........ recent guests said that their son couldnt believe he could even see the surfers in the sea from the twin bedroom window ........ so i am a little confused that you say there wasnt a sea view ? There is an amazing feeling of being close to the beach here ........ Of course while relaxing at the pool the sea views are stunning too --- you really are overlooking Fistral beach x Thats great that you have already booked the same week next year Nick ....... you cant get a better recommendation than that at all .........
