Description

Agapanthus is perfect for family holidays in Newquay and the surrounding areas of North Cornwall. A cracking home in a quiet residential area, greatly loved by our family and very well cared for. We are 5 mins from Porth beach/ the coast path, 15 min walk into town and just a 5 min walk to the local shops at Chester Road. We are happy to accept families, with facilities for young and old, sorry we will not accept bookings from stag / hen parties or groups of youths. However the house is perfect for a couple of families if you are seeking to come away with friends, offering parking for up to 4 vehicles at any time.The latest addition to the house is a brand new hot tub to relax after your day at the beach. What could be better ? Downstairs the accommodation consists of a large open plan living, dining, kitchen area measuring in excess of 60m2 with large 4 metre bifold doors opening onto the garden…... there is room for all - and the odd game of table tennis if you so wish! Alternatively the children can opt for the games room, while the adults retreat to the comfort of the living room.

With 1 kingsize bed and 2 double beds, 1 single bedroom and smaller tree house bed with single sofa bed if required, upstairs is suitable for 9 to sleep. There is also a double sofabed downstairs if required. All bathrooms have been newly installed - with great showers and luxury bath ! Near to both amenities and beaches but also within walking distance of Newquay Zoo, waterworld, the skatepark, boating lake and the gannel, love the location of this house, perfect for all!!

House rules

Due to the families in neighbouring houses, the hot tub is only to be used until 10: 00pm and out of respect to the small children next door, we would appreciate noise being kept to a minimum. Likewise in the morning, we request that guests keep the noise to a minimum in the garden untill after 8:00am

“Hidden gem of Newquay”

Have just returned from this fantastic holiday home. We were 2 families, 4 adults & 3 boys age 11,12,13 & an 8 year old girl. This was the most perfect place for our families. The house took our breaths away as we walked in. The open plan space was superb & meant we were able to spend quality time together as a family. Only 5 minute walk to the beach & a short walk into Newquay was perfect. The kids loved all aspects to the home & wanted to come back early from the beach to enjoy all its facilities! Dee has thought of absolutely everything. All the things we forgot, such as drinks bottles, condiments etc were there for us to use... there was even a fully stocked freezer tray full of lollies for the kids! The welcome pack also went down very well! What we loved most about here was the fact it felt like home. I cannot praise Dee & her family enough & will hopefully return here in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As a family with 4 youngsters under 13 and young adults this home was perfect. The open living area was fabulous! We enjoyed ping pong. Cooking meals together, The cinema projector, cooking meals together, the hot tub and playing games all as a family. The location was perfect for us as we love lusty glaze beach and a short walk into Newquay town and porth beach. Only thing I would say is it could do with a second shower and the single downstairs sofabed could do with being a bed as an adult slept in there. But other than that lovely home. The photos don't do it justice. Xx beautiful! Thank you for a lovely week

The pictures on the web site do not do this house justice . it is a lovely, stylish,spacious and very well equipped house in a great location. It contributed to us having a brill week in Newquay.
