The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen and dining area leading out onto the private garden which boasts spectacular views across Newquay Bay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dyer and American style Fridge Freezer. The dining area table seats up to 8 people. The ground floor also has a cloakroom, single toilet and bunk room sleeping 2 guests.
The first floor has a contemporary style lounge again with breathtaking views over the Bay. There is also a double bedroom and family bathroom with bath. The second floor homes the master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has large opening windows which look across the bay. There is also a twin bedroom on the second floor with two single beds.
This property is suitable for families, couples and mature singles (mixed singles over 21 and single groups aged 25+ only). This property will accept dogs.
For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups under 21 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

“Excellent stay”
