Elevated high above the town, this property was built during the Edwardian period and maintains several original features which is unique for a Newquay townhouse. The views from the front bedrooms reach to Trevose Head lighthouse on clear days.The town is just 2 minutes walk, Towan beach is 5 minutes walk and Fistral beach is 10 minutes walk. It is perfect for families with children and is ideal for golfers, surfers and walkers with all amenities easily walkable. A car is not necessary for a Newquay based holiday, however a car is advised if you wish to explore the attractions of the County.
