9 Sandpiper is a modern luxury beachfront property situated at the front of a small development on beautiful Porth Beach, Cornwall, offering breathtaking uninterrupted views of the beach and coastline beyond. The accomodation is set over 2 levels with the living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views via a 4m wide patio window and balcony. The top floor is set out as an open plan living space including a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped to the highest levels. New kitchen appliances include Bosch oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the lounge has a corner sofa, feature chair and entertainment unit. Unlimited broadband and wireless technology give guests access to online TV via Smart TV's or in the lounge a Smart bluray DVD player. A Wii games console and 50 family DVD's are included along with traditional board games and books. The ground level, consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and patio doors leading to a private outside area with wonderful views across the beach. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or zipped super king bedroom. Both have a Smart TV on the wall. The third bedroom has built in bunks, with full size 3ft mattresses and storage areas. Outside is private parking with your own designated parking spot, a shared seating area overlooking the beach and a large communal storage area ideal for surf boards, kayaks, deck chairs and beach equipment. This storage area also has a cold shower facility for after sea wash down.

We now offer an Andersen Electric Car Charger for use by guests for a small fee on request.

There are, also, local buses and numerous taxi services on hand too!

“Fantastic”

This holiday was just Perfect for myself and my family, the apartment had everything a family would need while on holiday, the apartment was spotless and the beds so comfortable. The view was stunning from the balcony with the beach on your doorstep its a fantastic location, and lucky for us the weather was superb. Joanna the owner was a great help when i got in touch with her, We will definitely be back the Steads family

Fabulous comfortable apartment that is fully equipped. Stunning outlook over Porth beach. 45 minutes walk into Newquay. Estella Morada tapas restaurant on hand. We'll definitely stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?
