FISTRAL WALK NEWQUAY is a modern house, situated just a five minute walk to the beautiful Gannel Estuary, and five minute walk to the vibrant Fistral beach. Catering for up to six people both families and couples are welcome.
lovely view of the Gannel Estuary from the double bedroom. nice decked area leading off the large through lounge with patio doors. Private driveway. Three good sized bedrooms. Leave the car on the drive for the entire holiday as you can walk into Newquay town centre in ten - fifteen minutes. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer.

A fabulous house in one of the most sought after areas of Newquay. some well behaved pets accepted by arrangement. A great location. The town centre is a 10 - 15 minute walk. Fistral beach ten minute walk. Waterworld with fun pools and water slides only a five minute drive.
The award winning Newquay zoo is also only a five minute drive. Surfing lessons are available on Fistral beach - great fun for kids or groups. Eden project is about a thirty minute drive.

“Fistral Walk”
This spot is ideal for us, so close to the Gannel for walks and paddleboarding. And closer to Fistral too, so it’s ideal to leave the car and do lots of walking across Fistral and into Newquay itself. You could walk to the beach, lunch or spa at Fistral Bay or the Headland. Both are amazing for spas when Covid restrictions are lifted. There is California Bowling just at the top of the road also. So there’s lots to access by foot if you are happy to walk. You’ll feel like you’re in a different kind of Newquay staying here. Normally you’ll hear about Newquay for its hectic nightlife but here, you’ll feel like it’s worlds away. It’s the nicest part we have stayed in and been coming for years. Go into it if you want but it’s easy to avoid the chaos staying here. The house is set in a lovely estate. The only drawback with parking is you can have one vehicle on the drive and we need to park the other vehicle elsewhere as the roads are double yellows but this I assume is to prevent beach goers filling up the streets and campers staying overnight. The house itself is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. It’s really quiet around here that you could almost feel like a resident than a holiday maker. We love it here, the location is ideal and the house has everything we need. For food, drinks, beaches, walks and a lovely house to stay in, staying here is amazing. Each time I’ve emailed with any queries, I’ve always had a quick response too. Thank you.

“Lovely Area”
Just arrived back from a great week in Newquay.50 Penmere Drive was the ideal base for exploring Cornwall or just using the umpteen beautiful beaches within a stones throw.The house was situated in a lovely quiet road but just a twenty minutes walk from the centre of Newquay which made it an ideal base.If staying in Newquay again would definitely come back.

“Beach walks & Cornish Air”
This property is located between Fistral Beach & The Gannel Estuary. Both fantastic for walks with kids and/or dogs. House is clean tidy & as all the essential items for a hassle free stay.

“perfect”
best thing was the location,walking distance in to town,fistral beach and the gannel estuary.also easy access to main routes throughout cornwall.The house we found was ideally proportioned with three good size bedrooms and was equipped with everything we needed,the decking and the garden was a real bonus and will definitely be staying there again
