Ideally located to enjoy all Cornwall's attractions, this privately owned, high quality four bedroom house is set in the grounds of a 17th Century manor estate with excellent on-site facilites including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, children's play areas, restaurant and bars. With three bath/shower rooms the house is perfect for groups whether families or friends.

• Modern four bedroom house furnished to a high standard with an ensuite master double bedroom, two further doubles (one downstairs) and one twin room.
• As well as the ensuite there is a bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, and a further shower and toilet downstairs. The three showers and toilets make it perfect for families to share.
• The kitchen is fully fitted with all you need including dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas enable you to socialise while cooking.
• The sitting room has three large sofas, a large flat-screen TV with Freeview and BlueRay DVD player.
• Central heating, electricity and WIFI are included.

“Lovely place to stay”
Stayed here for 3 nights with friends and family. Was a really nice clean spacious place, there was 8 of us and didn't feel cramped together at all. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you'd need. The beds was comfortable and 3 bathrooms was just great between us all. Really lovely location, you're only 10 mins from the centre of Newquay, 5 minutes from supermarkets. The swimming pool was great for the kids and an arcade room for the kids also. There was a cafe and a pub but didn't really use either as we cooked in the house. The contact from the owner was great, we had no problems at all. We recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again too.

“Family stay ok”
It was amazing time we had in house, open plan kitchen plays good part in house enjoyment, overall clean house very comfy and professional service. The double beds are too small for 2 adults and matters are not very good as we had backache sleeping on those beds, front lock is very hard to open needs changing Overall nice house
