Description

' The school ' casa vacanze is located in Tuscany, in the heart of Versilia, Camaiore hills of the ancient medieval village of Nocchi. The House dating from the late 800 's, is built entirely in stone and preserves within the original structure of the ancient Tuscan houses with the typical Rafter ceilings in wood and terracotta brick floors.The ground floor consists of a living room illuminated by four Windows, a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, where you can enjoy a magnificent view. The House is surrounded by a large lawn, well cared for, with above ground swimming pool open from mid-May until mid-September. Outer space is equipped with barbecue, dining table, wooden umbrella, sun beds and sun chairs.

The House boasts an excellent location: it is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and tranquility but is also the starting point to reach famous cities of art such as Pietrasanta (13 km), Lucca (24 Km), Pisa (35 Km), Florence (97 Km), Siena (129 Km), San Gimignano (98 Km), Volterra (100 km).

The nearest beaches are located in Lido di Camaiore, only 11 km away, Viareggio (14 Km), Forte dei Marmi (19 Km).

In summer there are boat tours departing from the dock of Viareggio or Forte dei Marmi to the splendid ' Cinque Terre ', Elba Island and other islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

Mountain lovers can appreciate the beautiful ' Alps ' with the famous marble quarries worldwide. The House is open all year round. Even in winter you can enjoy a mild and sunny climate.

Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed up to a maximum of two. The House is not suitable for wheelchairs. Guests can avail of two bicycles mountain bikes to discover the many paths very evocative of the place. The price of accommodation includes provision of bed linen, towels and bath towels for the pool. Will not be required no extra charge for the consumption of electricity and water. In winter, however, must be paid the heating according to the consumption, effective at the end of the stay. Free wi-fi access is available.

Very nice welcome. Caterina took some time to explain us all we needed to know about the accomodation, the surroundings and places to visit. All the family enjoyed the house, its decoration and garden… More
