“Just as good as it could be... No better!!” This our third time staying with John and Nancy. We absolutely love their place and their hospitality. They have the most amazing home with a view that is hard to describe. I will have to take pictures the next time! The room is so warm and cozy. Great breakfast and wonderful company. It is like visiting close friends at the coast. Stimulating conversation and privacy when ya want it. The hot tub sits right outside the room overlooking the ocean. It just doesn't get better than this!! We tell all of our friends and family about this treasure. We don't leave home often. This is one of the few places we go that I am not wanting to get back home right away. We will be back again very soon. Thank you so much John and Nancy. You guys are the best!!!

“Can't wait to return next year” This is the second time that my friends and I stay at this property, and the experience was great on both occasions. Before our visit, the Prudential staff was very helpful with any help we required. The condo is in great condition as well as the furniture and appliances. The location, which is walking distance from the Lionshead gondola, is one of the property's main assets. One thing to keep in mind, is that the second bedroom is quite small and, in general, there isn't enough storage space for clothes and personal items. I think that this property for a single family with up to three kids.

“Great time!” What an incredible home, and I mean home. It felt like you walked into your own home, comfortable, great kitchen for the family feast, with a dining room table that all 10 of us could enjoy! Weather could of been better but hot tub was a treat! Absolutely a great place to stay...manager where super helpful! Do it!!

“Lovely, charming and warm cabin!” We had a great time staying at the cabin over Christmas 2012. Ideal for our family (two adults & two children). The cabin has everything you need to be comfortable, well equipped and warm. Nice and quiet place - no impact from I-70, easy to get to the shuttle bus to Vail! Short walk/or drive to supermarket if needed. The kids enjoyed the new snow and had fun rolling and tubing around the hills behind the cabin.

“Amazing view and location, new property...bonus” We loved the location, view and proximity to town. The third floor was perfect for entertaining, had a great open kitchen which made it enjoyable to cook for the family. It was well appointed with everything you need. It ha 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath, 2 kitchens, bar, play room, TV in every room, a well needed elevator and a garage. The pool was just an added bonus as we really enjoyed going to the beach daily.

“It is as wonderful as it looks” This property is as spacious, comfortable, and clean as it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect place to come back to each day after incredible hikes and sight seeing.

“A Place in the Woods to Dream and Live Your Dream” My mouth dropped when I stepped into artYcottage and was surrounded by so much beauty, creativity and originality. It was endless. Everywhere I looked there were remarkable details that were executed with perfection. Rich colors and varied textures everywhere. Everything handmade from the quilts to the furniture to the faucets and tiling and even the soap! One day it was 80 degrees and I enjoyed reading on a chaise on the deck. Then the very next day it was snowing and I was lucky to be there to enjoy the beauty of nature's softness covering the branches of trees. I stayed in that day by the fire my wonderful host, Tom, built. Tom and his stunning and bubbly wife, Margaret, made me feel at home with their warmth and sensitivity. From now on I will definitely be staying here on my twice yearly trips to ashland!

“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“Amazing condo with exceptional views, beautiful finish out and convenient location.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The purpose of our trip was twofold, one was for my husband to fish and the other was for me to relax and read. It could not have been more perfect for both. I enjoyed the view and marveled at the constant activity of the boats and ships coming and going right out our window. The lighted pier provided additional entertainment as we watched the Pelicans enjoying their late night meal. I cannot wait to return.

“Great little getaway.” My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs and it was great to have a nice, clean and comfortable place to spend our evenings following days of "adventure" in the mountains. From Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and the train ride into the Royal Gorge to quiet evenings at "home" in this well appointed little Victorian cottage . . . wish we could have spent a couple more days. Carrie was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this as a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped as well as washer & dryer for laundry (neither of which I used), although I had good intentions. LOL! Thanks, Carrie, for your wonderful hospitality. “Unique and Secluded Tropical Island on the Texas Gulf Coast” We were looking for somewhere new to stay in Texas on the Gulf and were going to try Galveston, but luckily we found the Matagorda Dunes Condos on Matagorda Island before we made our reservations. I inquired about the condo and was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from a very friendly and professional owner who gave me information about Condos 1 and 2. We decided to give it a try because I was really impressed with the owner, Kim, and it was a great decision. The condo was super clean, and everything you could possibly need was supplied. The view from both decks was awesome and included the lagoon and the Gulf Coast. You could hear the sound of the waves day and night. The beach is only a few minutes away and it was clean and beautiful. The birds such as the pink Spoonbills, Seagulls, Egrets, and Pelicans could be seen not only from our deck on the lagoon, but also in many numbers on our drives up and down the beach. My husband and I are hesitant to recommend this place because we want to keep it all to ourselves, but that wouldnt be fair to anyone who has not visited this very unique and wonderful island. We cant say enough about how nice the owner Kim is. She was there from day one to all answer questions, and was basically 'on call' the whole time we were visiting there. A plus also were the three restaurants on the island, gift shops, and a grocery store only minutes away from the condos as well. Do yourself a big favor, contact Kim and stay at either of the condos at Matagorda Dunes. You wont regret it, in fact you will count the days until you can return.

“Very spacious, comfortable and clean townhome!” We recently stayed in this townhome. It was very clean and comfortable. While the driveway is very steep it was nice having a garage to park our vehicle in at nights. We would certainly stay at this townhome again and would highly recommend it!!!
