Stylish waterfront home with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea, yachts and Mykonos's top hotel the Santa Marina.

Located in the luxury gated community. Walk to the community beach or Olympic sized private pool with beach bar. At lunchtime enjoy a great local meal at the taverna inside the resort, or take advantage of the (free) tennis courts, basketball court and children's playground, all set in lush private gardens that are totally car free and safe for children to roam free.

The beautifully decorated house is 80 square meters, on 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer and cable TV and wifi. It's ideal for up to 5 people or a family. Grocery shopping, a dry cleaner, a butcher shop and the famous 24 hour Ornos bakery are a short drive away. If you prefer not to cook, food delivery from nearby restaurants is available. Our house has no air conditioning, BUT we have ceiling fans in all rooms except the small bedroom where there is a fan.In Mykonos in the summer months there is a near constant breeze and air conditioning is generally not needed. Linen and cleaning service is provided. Beach towels are not provided, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

Our house is situated near Ornos on the South West of the island. Just an easy 7 minute drive from the main town and the airport on an easily accessible road (this is an important distinction for Mykonos where many roads are difficult to navigate). Ideally located for tranquility whenever you wish for it, and all the beaches, shopping, nightlife and restaurants Mykonos has to offer.

You will be greeted and shown the house by Margarita our housekeeper. Please let me know the approximate time of your arrival so I can let her know to expect you. When you are on the road to the house. If there are any issues Margarita cannot resolve you are welcome to e-mail me or call me I respond very quickly, but I am in New York USA 7 hours behind Mykonos time!

House rules

1. Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. Only the Guest Party may not stay overnight in the property.
3. Owners are not responsible for any injuries on the premises or its facilities. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
4. Quiet hours are from 3pm to 6pm and from 2am to 9am.
5. Use Bottled water for drinking. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING IN THE TOILETS INCLUDING TOILET PAPER. Damages of up to 500 euros.
13. Trash and Recycling is the guests responsibility

How do damage deposits work?
