The serene ambience will make you forget how close you are to town. The architect found the perfect harmony producing an atmosphere which is the essence of simplicity, elegance and aesthetics. The total white of the house combined with the wooden pergolas showcase the traditional architecture, while offering all modern comforts and amenities. This is an ideal house to enjoy your stay on the island, to entertain with elegance, simplicity and originality or simply to relax by the pool. This 3 bedroom (plus 1 staff room) villa is located in the Ornos area and is part of a luxury 3 villa complex built 700 meters from the sea. Total inside area: 150m2. Private landscaped area: 1500 m2. The villa is built on two levels: The Ground level which consists of: Living area Dining area, Fully equipped kitchen, 2 Bedrooms with one bathroom. Outside: Guest bathroom (also used as pool bathroom) and maid's room. The Upper level which consists of: 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom, living room and balcony with amazing views of the sea and the town The outside covered veranda consists of: Dining area, Living area.
