Description

Our privately owned luxury chalet has been newly refurbished to a 5 star standard since the addition of infra red heating with thermostatic controls and a newly decked outdoor seating area with rattan chairs to help our guests enjoy the British weather, whether it be on sunny summer days or cold winter ones. It is sited on Atlantic Bays Holiday Park at St Merryn, 4 miles from Padstow. Facilities on site include a reception area, shop, children's play area, launderette, conservatory bar, sports bar and games room. Food is served all day during peak periods/evenings only during the off peak season. There is a carvery on site also catering for Sunday lunches which are proving popular and need booking at peak times. We are within easy reach of St Merryn Village & Padstow. Ideally located for the 7 beaches renowned for this area. This is a real home from home family owned luxury chalet with all modern amenities and includes Flat screen TV & DVD in each bedroom.

Apologies but site rules state that no single gender parties, teenage groups are allowed to book. The site does NOT permit dogs to stay within the chalet site.

“Chalet exactly as advertised.”

Location of chalet is brilliant, perfect for the short drive into Padstow. Easy drive to Newquay calling at Mawgan Porth for lunch on the way! The chalet is extremely well equipped, the children were very impressed with the selection of "good games". Crockery and cutlery plentiful and the added attraction of a dishwasher was perfect. No noise whatsoever at night so we all slept very well. Jackie the owner readily available for any queries. Didn't eat in restaurant but the food looked good, especially the Sunday carvery. All in all very enjoyable time.

“Luxury Chalet”

It was a clean,spacious and well equipped chalet with all facilities in full working order. Communication with the owner was very easy and they were very helpful and accommodating. The chalet is well positioned on a family friendly site and has a club house catering for all age groups. The site also has a small shop and launderette.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
