Quite possibly the closest property to a beach in the area.
Craig-y-mor is a stunning 4 bedroom ground floor beach side apartment, that has been designed to make beachside living as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. You cannot get any property closer to the beach.
The property has been recently refurbished in a modern style with oak floors throughout and a handmade kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms one double, two singles one large and one small and a childrens bunk room, there are televisions in all of the bedrooms
There is a large conservatory to the front of the property which overlooks the beach.
There is an outside shower for when you come off the beach and the bathroom has been designed as a wet room.
The property has superfast fibre broad band.

“Perfect beach stay in Cornwall”
A great week at this idyllic apartment perfectly situated on the beach front at Trevone Bay. The apartment is very comfortable throughout with ridiculously good views from the sun room. The outdoor (hot) shower was ideal after a days surfing, as was the general set up for all outdoor activities. The location is perfect for enjoying everything the local area has to offer, be it the sea/beach, coastal walks, cycling etc. Padstow is a lovely seaside town, but we always looked forward to coming 'home' to Craig-y-mor each day. The host Nigel was very helpful in settling us in and offering advice on local attractions/places to eat etc. Can't wait to return next year.

“Graig y mor”
Excellent, location excellent, property beautiful, view amazing. Walk out of the front door and onto the beach or sit in the conservatory and watch the waves roll in. Owner extremely helpful and pleasant. Thanks Nigel, can’t wait to come back next year.

“Wonderful family holiday home”
This property is perfect for a family as its position is absolutely ideal for a beach holiday. It is extremely clean and well equipped. The outdoor shower is brilliant for coming off the beach. Nigel the owner made us very welcome and encouraged us to contact him if there were any queries. Certainly can recommend this property.

“Absolutely Amazing Location and Accommadation”
I didn't want to write this review because it will be harder to book in the future!!! We stayed here during the last week of the school summer holidays 2016 and it was fantastic in every way, great location, great house and even better host. Our young children loved the hot outside shower in the alley and we spent an amazing week on the beach which is literally 50m away and there is even a choice of sand or rock pools. Overall a great stay, so good we rebooked the day we left for next year!!!!
