Description

No.12 is a very well presented cottage located right in the heart of Padstow, rated 4 Star by Visit England. The cottage is situated on the main square in the centre of the town where the Obby Oss dances around the Maypole on Mayday. It is less than a minutes walk from the harbour side.

Downstairs is an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Up the winding stairs are two good sized doubles bedrooms and a modern wetroom. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, so lots of space.

LOOK FOR MAYPOLE COTTAGES PADSTOW!!!

Being coastal the Camel Estuary has its own micro-climate with some gorgeous sunny days in summer and winter. However, if it does rain the cottage has a flat screen TV, DVD player and books for entertainment, central heating for warmth and washer-drier for wet clothes – and excellent access to all Padstow’s pubs! A strong WIFI signal is available.

No. 12 Broad Street is cosy in winter and airy in summer, a perfect all-year venue for a family holiday.

During the summer season we are only able to offer full week bookings. Out of season we are happy to take short lets, so please always ask we and will help with any bookings whenever we can. We also have 3 other cottages available for rent in the same location. Some or all can be booked together at a discount for large groups. No.10 Broad St sleeps 6, No.5 Mill Road sleeps 4 and No.2 sleeps 2. Please go to our website for more details.

All bedding, towels and tea towels are included in the price. Should you wish to bring your own, please let us know and we may be able to offer you a discount on the rent.

We do accept dogs for an additional charge of £15 per dog. This needs to be paid to us directly instead of through Holiday Lettings. Please get in touch to arrange payment.

“Basic”

The cottage was very central & in a very good location. It was in need of a revamp, extremely basic, the settees felt dirty & grim. Bathroom was far too small, struggled to have a shower & sit on the toilet .. There was a musty smell, no attention to any detail to make it pleasant . We would not stay in this accommodation again.

Response from the owner Sadly this guest did not feel able to feed this information back to us directly at any time during their stay. The cottage is very well equipped. The sofas are in a good condition and are cleaned every week. There is no musty smell. The bathroom has a shower over the bath which is a good size for most people. We would not welcome these guests back again. Maypole Cottages.
