NOTE: The authority has lifted COVID restrictions. We are now accepting new reservations through instant booking. To ensure guest safety, a 24-hour gap shall be maintained for each rental contract. Please feel free to contact Irene for more information.

As concerns grow about the spread of coronavirus, we remain focused on the health and safety of our guests and service vendors. We have taken precautionary steps by sanitizing common areas in every housekeeping service. In our private and exclusive condo, our guests can enjoy the vacation in knowing we are prepared to lessen any risk, follow the authority's health & safety reopening guidelines and are committed to our guest's safety and health.

Plaza Villas community has security personnel patrolling our campus. Officers are on call 24-hour a day/ 7-day a week.

This is the 10th year we are offering our condo to our guests worldwide who visit Palm Springs. In 2018, we renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms with a continuous budget to renew, upgrade and add value to our Guests including a brand-new HVAC in 2021 and a brand-new washer/dryer set & water heater in 2022. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Condo is located on the ground floor in 1150 sqft. is situated in the gated community of the Plaza Villas in the heart of Palm Springs, and is fully furnished and equipped. As families, leisure travelers, or business travelers, you will enjoy accommodation on the level of a previously owned and managed by a five-star hotel plus the amenities of the home and Plaza Villas gated community.

An exciting new era begins... In walking distance to downtown Palm Springs' hot spots such as Spa Resort Casino, Forever Marilyn statue, Palm Springs Art Museum, a variety of restaurants, shopping stores, celebrities' homes and so many more attractions and new modern buildings are just a few blocks away.

The famous Palm Springs Convention Center locates by the East and the Spa Resort Casino Hotel's new parking structure by the West are your immediate neighbors within approximately a 2-minute walking distance.

Plaza Villas offers a large pool that is almost at your doorstep, and a second pool has a hot tub which is only a few steps away.

A tennis court is right around the corner. From the living room patio as well as the main door, you will have a direct view of the magnificent Mount San Jacinto right behind the tennis court. To your convenience, a secured overnight car-port parking space is available for you inside the gated community that is just a few steps away from the property. Your second vehicle can be parked inside the gate securely in any open parking spot.

The living room, the master bedroom as well as the guest bedroom all feature 42 inches flat-screen TVs with technology upgrades for live and streaming TV programs and free Spectrum Ultra WiFi Internet (up to 400 Mbps). We are now offering our guests Spectrum TV packages, HBO Max, and Showtime Anytime up to a total of 205 live channels, including non-stop movies and music at all times.

The primary bedroom has a California king-size bed, an accent chair and a private en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a closet. The guest bedroom also has a California king-size bed, an elegant desk set, an accent chair and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom comes with a shower stall. Each bedroom has a luggage rack that is convenient to store your luggage. We have just added two brand-new large-size relaxers to the bedroom patio for our guests to enjoy.

The living room is furnished with two sofa chairs and a 3-seater sofa, which can be extended to a bed that is full/queen-size alike. The round dining table with four dining chairs is conveniently located in front of the full-scale kitchen where tools and small appliances including Hamilton Beach 2-way FlexBrew coffee brewer with assorted K-Cups, toaster, blender, and water cooker available to you.

Two patios outside the Living Room and the Bedrooms offer great views of San Jacinto Mountain, the pool and a park-like backyard respectively. A complete set of patio furniture (table+ 4 chairs) is available.

For a group of 4 people, this condo offers a lot of space.
