“House is good - close to Ace Hotel” We rented to be close to the Ace Hotel - a hot spot in Palm Springs (but I don't get it!). Not a fan of Palm Springs to begin with but a son wanted to get married there. The house is large and roomy, pool was good in the heat, but again, the 1950's is not my first choice for an era to live in. Had there not been a wedding at a ridiculously expensive hotel a block away, we wouldn't have been there.

“A wonderful time reconnecting with old friends.” The house and it's amenities are wonderful. The pool/BBQ/firepit were all great. We had a fantastic visit with one another. The place could have been cleaner. There were dead bugs under the sofa and large moths on all the drapes. Plus floors needed mopping and kitchen counters needed to be wiped down before we cooked in there. The cleaning crew needs a tune up. Otherwise the place itself was fantastic and we cleaned it up zip zip and had a great time.

“Sunny Month at Casa Moderna” We had a wonderful time at Casa Moderna.The kitchen and bar are awesome. The furniture and beds are all very comfortable and the views are magnificent. The large pool and landscaped grounds are spectacular! We booked for two months next yeAr.

“Amazing amenities” This home is lovely from the moment you enter the front door. The bedrooms and bath rooms are spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for the evenings we stayed in and cooked. The patio, pool, hot tub and fire pit were inviting and comfortable furniture outdoors added to the pleasure of spending time there. The view of the mountains from the front patio was perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Sonora Grande!

“what a great location!” This is a lovely little condo. One bedroom and 2 full baths, which I had never seen before. It looks over the green belt and is just across the street from the casino. It has a big covered patio. Decor is very modern and the bed is really comfortable. I'd definitely come back. Service at the rental company was great. very friendly and easy to work with.

“Had a great weekend” My friends and I stayed over for the weekend. The owner Chris was very helpful throughout the process and the check-in was convenient. The location is great (across the street from the ace Hotel) and a few minutes from downtown. We used car, Uber, taxi, bus, shuttle to get around Palm Springs. The house comfortably fits 8 people and is furnished with everything you can possibly need. The house was nice, maybe a little too nice for us, but nonetheless it could be enjoyed by any age group. Saw a lot of kids toys in the drawers, as well as protection pads for sharp furniture corners, so I'm guessing its very family friendly. Overall we had a great weekend and would definitely come back again. Fyi, the jacuzzi/pool at night is... awesome.

“Perfect house for a quick getaway to Palm Springs!” House was perfect for a weekend getaway to Palm Springs. The pool, hot tub and spacious backyard were exactly what we were looking for in a house. An ideal location if you are traveling with pets since the backyard is fully enclosed and private. Inside the house, everything was clean and neat. We really have no complaints and we would stay again.

“Quiet, inviting and clean!” Had a great stay here last October. Loved the decor and atmosphere, like I actually lived there not a hodge podge of cast off 70's furniture like you see at a lot of rental homes. Loved the little back patio for my dog and the grounds seemed very well maintained. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and very clean too. The bedrooms are very spacious and quiet, beds are comfy too. Good space for a small family or friends get away, also very close to downtown, perfect location I think.

“Perfect house for my entire family!” We stayed for 4 days and really had a great time! The instructions we were given to cover arrival, media, and everything else needed were very precise and welcomed! The house was well stocked in everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of towels, great kitchen, beautiful pool! We will definitely rent this property again.
