Description

Villa Avra is a newly-built 115 (sq.m) building in the picturesque fishing village of Panormo.
Ideally positioned only 50m from the sea, it offers a clear view of the sea and superb sunsets.
It is only 400m (a 5 minute walk) from the picturesque village of Panormo, famous for its local cuisine, its fresh fish and its attractive narrow streets.
It has 3 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, each with its own balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two have 2 single beds that can be joined together. There is one large, modern bathroom and WC.

A fully-equipped kitchen is provided, all items and furniture of the highest quality.
The kitchen has a large table with chairs, the electrical appliances are the latest models and comprise: electric cooker and oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee machine; plus a full set of cooking utensils and cutlery.
The living room has two comfortable sofas (one can open up into a double bed) and two armchairs. It is equipped with new TV, DVD and CD player.
There is a large garden around the villa with lawn, trees, flowers and herbs. On the main balcony there is a large table and 6 comfortable chairs.
The common swimming pool is very large and 20m from the villa. It has showers, sunbeds and umbrellas
