Villa Malaxa is a fully renovated stone villa, built with unique architecture and design which is fully harmonized with the environment and the history of the area, giving total privacy and quietness.
It is an ideal holiday destination for tranquility and relaxation with unique views of the city of Chania Souda, Bay and the Old Port, is just 6 km from the highway and the entrance of the city, close to the popular beaches of St. Marina and Platanias, and just 11 km from the center of Chania ..
The house is a total area 260t.m. has traditional design, impressive layout and lighting of interior space, and is ideal for groups, families and couples. The villa can accommodate unique, luxury and comfort up to 8 people, offering wireless internet and private parking. In the interior of the villa there are all the conveniences offered by a modern luxurious residence. The ground floor is a space 170 sq.m with large living room, large dining room, living room in front of the fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a large bathroom with indoor Jacuzzi.
The classic wooden staircase leads to the first floor of 90sq.m. where there are two living rooms, bedroom and W.C. Villas striking point is the terrace 60sq.m. Guests from the terrace, and up floor living room, can watch at the east, a unique panoramic view of the city of Hania and Souda Bay and the sea , while in the west is the view of the White Mountains. Guests daily can be enjoyed from the terrace and up floor living room the impressive sunset.
The villa has a rich external total area of 1,700 square meters, with 4 pergolas that host 2 living rooms, 2 outdoor dining tables and stone barbecue (BBQ). During the summer months you can enjoy the 40sq.m pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. located on the side of the villa overlooking the peaks of the White Mountains.
Visitors can find within only 1 km, restaurant, cafeteria, horse ridding center. It is an ideal point for activities in the nature such as horse riding, hiking, biking, climbing a nearby mountain etc.

“Paradise”
Schitterende villa met een perfect buitengebeuren. Voldoende schaduwplekken en een heerlijk zwembad. Het huis is zo groot en gezellig dat een ieder zijn plekje kan vinden.
