Coquet Studio de 2 couchages, avec coin cuisine et balcon au 1er étage.
Il est composé de :
- Un très grand lit double (King size 200x200)
Il dispose d un coin cuisine avec :
- évier,
- réfrigérateur,
- plaque de cuisson,
- vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine,
- Bouilloire, grille pain, cafetière,
- table et chaises intérieures.
D une salle de bains privée (lavabo, douche, toilettes, sèche-cheveux),
D un balcon (avec table et chaises, parasol, étendoir),
De l air conditionné réversible,
Et de la WiFi sécurisée.

Compléments d'informations :
Le studio est situé dans une maison cycladique que nous avons rénovée avec son entrée privée.
La balcon est orienté sud-ouest et donne, en partie, sur une petite orangeraie et citronniers (pas de rue/route).
Il est équipé d'une table avec chaises et parasol pour en profiter toutes les heures!.
Olympian-apartments (nom de notre maison) est nichée au fond d'une rue sans issue, dans un quartier résidentiel, calme, avec jasmins et bougainvilliers, et vous offrira un environnement idéal pour vous reposer et plonger dans la véritable atmosphère des vacances grecques : quartier d'habitants locaux.
Notre maison est composé de 4 studios et de 3 appartements (dont un que nous habitons une partie de l'année) ; chacun est indépendant et a donc son propre accès privé.
Nous fournissons le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de bains et torchons ).

Localisation :
Situé à 300 mètres de la plage de Livadia et à 200 mètres de centre historique de Parikia et de son labyrinthe de ruelles. Accessible directement depuis le parc de la basilique Panaghia Katapoliani.
A seulement 150 mètres ; le port de pêche et ses nombreuses tavernes qui offrent poissons frais et plats traditionnels savoureux. C est aussi depuis le port que partent chaque matin les caïques pour les plages de l île.
