Escape to the luxury and tranquility of Villa Effie, nestled in the charming traditional Greek village of Aspro Horio. Surrounded by peaceful landscapes and just a short drive away to a variety of picturesque beaches, this is the perfect destination for a family getaway.
Lounge by the shared pool during lazy afternoons, and gather together in the spacious 3-bedroom villa, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. Equipped with an all-purpose kitchen, two bathrooms, including one with a relaxing built-in jacuzzi, and large balconies offering breathtaking views.
Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, made to perfection with the provided coffee machine while enjoying the scenic view from the balcony. Stay cozy with electric heating in all rooms, and refresh yourself with air conditioning upstairs and downstairs.
Enjoy a movie night with the family with the flat-screen TV in the living room providing access to a variety of streaming services and cable channels. The pool hours are from 9am - 3pm and 5pm - 9pm. Please note that a 2 hour siesta time is observed throughout Greece in summer.

Both upstairs and down stairs have built in wardrobes in every room. Small fridge upstairs and large fridge in the kitchen.
Marble floor spacious lounge with built in fireplace and great window views. All rooms have marble tiles and access to large balconies upstairs and back private space down stairs. Air conditioning is available as well as satellite TV., YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

The Villa is a thick stone built building offering fantastic insulation in winter and great cooling properties in summer. At the bottom a private small courtyard is accessed through one of the rooms and the pool is nearby.
At the front and side of the house is ideal for sun bathing in the afternoon when the sun strikes this part of the house.
The top floor has a very large balcony made for a carefree summer evening spent with a glass of wine watching the sun go down.
