Description

The Paros Butterfly Villas is a newly built complex of nine separate, autonomous and luxury homes. Every villa has various private terraces and relaxation areas with stunning sea view, sunset view and pool view. The generous common pool terrace surrounded by a lush garden dominates in front of every property with its inspiring views of Antiparos and Aegean Sea.

The villas have been built in a quite area with unobstructed sea view on the west coast of Paros, just 6 km. from the capital and port of Paros, Parikia, and 5 km from the local airport. They are closed to many sandy beaches, about one km away from a Greek traditional tavern, super market and bus stop. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf (famous Pounta Beach opposite of Antiparos), wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from this unique resort.

Villa 6 is one storey Villa 135 sq.m, suitable for 6 people. Villa 6 has 3 bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom has a double bed with a single bed which could be converted in a double bed. It also has 2 built-in traditional bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living-dining room. It has a nice and very comfortable garden and patio with beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea and Antiparos. We offer free parking places in a private and safe.
