Description
Welcome to gâtine in our organic farm in Poitou-Charentes, near prestigious destinations (Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope) and 5 km from Parthenay (medieval city). We renovated with heart and with care this former bread oven with healthy and ecological materials (lime-hemp plaster, tiles, beams, stonework, wood wool ...). You will enjoy the large living room opening onto a lovely wooden deck overlooking a beautiful wooded valley. A great friendly and warm lodging for family holidays or friends. This cottage has 3 stars 2 connecting rooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. The mezzanine overlooking the living room can accommodate 2 more people (sofa bed 2 places). The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven ...) and spacious bathroom (Italian shower, toilet, sink). A WiFi connection is available free of charge. Many activities exist in our region: festivals, walking path, bike tours, canoeing on the river "Thouet" swimming in a pond (10 km) or the sea (1:30), visit monuments ( churches, castles), nature outings .... you will have to choose because there is no shortage of things to see and experience.
