Located in the traditional village of Pendamodi in the Heraklion area, the two-storey Christina Villa 1 of the Christina Villas complex offers the unique combination of peace along with modern comforts and easy access to the City life. At a distance of just 15kms from Heraklion, the capital of Crete, also the north beaches and the E4 walking path, Pendamodi is an ideal location for excursions to every corner of the island, even though few of the guests usually decide to leave the hospitality and warmth of Christina and of the village.

Christina Villa has an architecture inspired from the local traditional aesthetics. The private pool adds to the characteristics of the discreet luxury and decorates the nights of the veranda. Large open plan lounge with integrated dining area, a fireplace and full equipment, complete the comfort and relaxation that the guests enjoy when they do not choose to gaze and wonder at the mountain view, tapestry of olive groves and vineyards

Christina I is a 4 bedroom villa of approx. 150 sq. Meters in two levels with 3 bathrooms, facing the North of Crete, accommodating 8 people with comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, cooking utensils, toaster, dish washer, hob, 4 ring stove and a dining table: if wished, a high chair for babies can be provided.

The kitchen is connected to the living room, featuring a/c and fireplace along with satellite television, DVD player, CD player and radio and finally books in English. The Living rooms is connected to the outside veranda facing the pool and the two downstairs toilet and a twin bedroom.

The twin bedroom downstairs is facing the pool and the veranda and is the coolest room of the house - this is the reason why is not needed and not featuring an a/c.

The toilet downstairs is like a wet room with a W.C, a showerhead and a washbasin. It can be used as a utility room too. The other toilet features a shower with curtain apart from the W.C. And also has the washing machine of the house.

Upstairs we find the final toilet with a bathtub and the three bedrooms, all of them air conditioned: One of them is a double bedroom, connecting via balcony with the one of the twin bedroom, not facing of course each other. The third twin bedroom has its own veranda and faces to the north and the garden with the pool. All the bedrooms are having lamps and large wardrobes as also one small safe for personal belongings.

Outside there is the veranda facing the garden - the biggest from all the Christina Villas - with bamboo couch and table, as also the bbq. The swimming pool (35-40 sq.m and 1.80 deep) is surrounded by loan and trees as also from sunbeds and enjoys some privacy.

Towels, linen and maid service twice a week are provided and are included in the price and if required, there can be private chef cooking greek and cretan cuisine and showing also how to cook.

Children are welcome!

We stayed at the Villa Christina 1, what a blessing...The accommodation was amazing and the had enough space for all of us without stepping on each others toes ..The views of the village where just what I expected and wanted from the REAL CRETE and the staff were by far the most helpful and co-operative, it's was more like being surrounded by more extended family. I loved my time there and hated leaving. All my needs were catered for...I could not ask for anything else....my idea of HEAVEN.
