“Perfect apartment and location with two children”

The apartment was perfect! Well located and a short walk to downtown area and just a 2 minute walk from a beautiful park where our children could play. The apartment was clean, with a private garage, close to a great sushi-fish store, wine store, pharmacy, fruit and vegetables, Carrefour market......and more. We were traveling with an infant (3 years old) and a baby (10 months old) and it was perfect! Alain was very kind and accommodative-there was a spare baby bed as well, but we brought our own. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and well thought of, we were lacking nothing!!! There are maps and suggestions of places to visit and of course we consulted Alain, who was very resourceful! YES, we are definitely coming back to this apartment! L'appartement était parfait!   Bien situé et une courte promenade au centre-ville et à seulement 2 minutes à pied d'un beau parc où nos enfants pourraient jouer. L'appartement était propre, avec un garage privé, à proximité d'un grand magasin sushi-poissons, magasin de vins, de la pharmacie, fruits et légumes, Carrefour market ...... et plus encore.   Nous voyagions avec un enfant (3 ans) et un bébé (10 mois) et il était parfait! Alain était très gentil et accommodant-il y avait un lit de bébé de rechange ainsi, mais nous avons apporté notre propre.   La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et bien pensé, nous étions rien ne manque !!! Il ya des cartes et des suggestions d'endroits à visiter et bien sûr nous avons consulté Alain, qui a été très enrichissant!   OUI, nous allons très certainement revenir à cet appartement! Merci!

The apartment was conveniently located. Close to shops and restaurants and old town. Alain was very helpful. He assited me in renting a car and garage made for easy parking.

“A fantastic property at a prime location.”

The apartment rented in Perpignan, France was fantastic. The process of locating the apartment was extremely easy, and the entire rental process went without a hitch. The location of the apartment was prime for the events I was attending in the city. Alain, the host, was extremely accommodating and efficient. The apartment was clean, with modern furnishings, and extremely spacious. The building was very quiet and the ground floor location provided extremely easy access with luggage. Nothing could have been better!
