Apartment 80 m2 with garage, downtown Pézenas, on the 1st floor of this house which has 3, 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a 160 bed, the second with 2 single beds, .parquet, storage space, for each fan, bedding is new and comfortable. The beds will be thoroughly prepared for your arrival. A garage is available on the ground floor of the house. The final cleaning is included in the price. A bathroom with walk-in shower, a sink cabinet and storage space and a washing machine and a hair-dryer, toilets are separated. The living room is nice, room dining table can accommodate up to 6 people, the living room has a 80 cm flat screen TV and the kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob induction, microwave and refrigerator. The shops are nearby, you can use the kitchen that we put at your disposal and if the desire to prepare meals is not there, many restaurants will welcome, from simple kitchen to the most sophisticated kitchen, Moreover we are at your disposal to advise you. We completed the renovation in a great attention to comfort, modernity, the decor is neat that you will feel good, after enjoying all the attractions that can offer this rich city architecturally, you wander through the narrow streets of its center historic mansions, its shops, its art galleries, its newly renovated theater, the collegiate St Jean. many cultural and theatrical events are held throughout the year in exceptional places, I would not fail to provide information.
