English version below on our 350 year-old typical southern French stone house with four other privately used houses in a courtyard on the Boulevard Voltaire. In this courtyard and the parking lot is directly in front of the house. After only 300 meters you will reach the lively, picturesque old town with the countless small arts and crafts workshops. Evening and at night it is very quiet in the morning, you can close the window if you want to get up late. Lying On 3/4 covered roof terrace and sit undisturbed and enjoy the view of the distant mountains. Below is a kitchen with dining table, large SAECO coffee machine, 4 ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, oven and microwave. As well as TV, DVD player with DVDs, radio with speakers for MP3 connection, Wi-Fi and free phone for landline calls abroad. For the use of the washing machine listed in the inventory you talk to us.
