Welcome to our cozy pet-friendly 2 BR, 1 BA apartment nestled just minutes away from Downtown. Enjoy the convenience of free on-site parking and bring your furry friends along for the adventure. The unit features a dining and kitchen area, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cooking basics, and a coffee maker. With modern amenities and a prime location, this is the perfect home base for exploring all that Phx has to offer. Lock in your stay and make unforgettable memories with us!
The space
Whether you're in Phoenix for a meeting, conference, sporting event, visiting family, or simply exploring the area, we welcome you and your group to your home away from home, where you are just minutes away from all the action.
Our Unit 1 is a Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, downstairs apartment.
*The sleeping arrangements consist of one queen-size bed and one full/double bed (measuring 54 inches wide and 75 inches long). Please be mindful that the full/double bed is slightly smaller, so ensure it will be comfortable for both occupants if there are two of you sharing that bed.*
When booking, please give us accurate number of people staying so that we can best prepare for your stay.

Check-In Instructions:
Time: Check-in is available from 4 pm onwards.
Access: You will receive a unique access code to the keyless entry system within 24 hours before your check-in date.
Parking: On-site, open parking spots are available for each unit. Street parking is available as well.
Transportation: There are various transportation options available. These include public transportation such as buses and light rail, as well as ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Additionally, there may be bike rental stations or walking paths nearby for those who prefer to explore the area on foot or by bike.
Check-Out Instructions:
Time: Check-out is strictly by 10 am. Late check out subject to $100 USD.
Dishes: Please wash any used dishes and once dried, put them away.
Towels: Pile used towels on the bathroom floor.
Beds: Simply leave used beds unmade (no need to strip the beds).
Furniture: Return any rearranged furniture to their original location.
Remotes: Place remotes next to their respective TV.
Power Off: Turn off all appliances, lights, and AC.
Trash: Cleaners will remove the trash to the blue bin unless you prefer to.
Windows & Doors: Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
Don’t Forget: All your belongings and text us when you’re checked out.
Key: Ensure the property is locked and if applicable, return any lockbox keys.
Note: Consideration for early Check-In @ 2pm and late Check-Out @ 12pm, requires approval and payment.

We do not allow smoking in the unit or on the decks and ask that if you do smoke that you do so outside on the street take your cigarette butts inside to dispose of.
