Description

One of the Largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 Br, 2 Ba, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex. Includes 3 patios with view of the pool, and surrounding mountains. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been fully remodeled! It has granite counter-tops, completely new furniture, new bedding and linen, flat screen T.V.'s and all new accessories for the kitchen. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California King in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Point Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of down town Phoenix adjacent to the Point Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has the offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts.

Response from the owner I am so sorry that our condo was not cleaned to your satisfaction. I have 30+ 5 star reviews on another website and I have never had any other comments regarding the carpet. In your defense, I immediately travelled to Phoenix to see our condo and I agree that the carpet was not as clean as I would have liked, but I would not have called it dirty. Based on your comments, I had the carpets professionally cleaned as it is so important to me to have all my renters completely satisfied. Also in regards to the cleaning fee, I refunded it right away but it may have taken a couple extra days to get to you because I sent it regular mail. Again, I am terribly sorry that you were not happy with the carpet and I hope you will come back to beautiful Phoenix again soon. Take care, Tracy Swift

If Dan and Tracy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
