Description

This two story house in Ahwatukee with million dollar views backing on to South Mountain Park is unlike most Phoenix homes which have neighbors on 3 sides; this house has only have 1 neighbor as the park trail access is on the other side and the only neighbors behind the house are the visiting quail, hummingbirds, roadrunners and rabbits.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom overlooks South Mountain Park and features a Nest Bedding King sized bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds and the third bedroom has a Serta Perfect Sleeper queen full size bed. So the house will comfortably sleep 6. There is also a mattress available that I kept from a sleeper sofa which could be placed on the floor or the balcony for sleeping, making the house accomadate 7 or even 8. The ground level has a spacious living room, dining room (seats 6) and a beautiful kitchen that has a spectacular view of the mountains. The breakfast nook also has a mountain view. A selection of fine complimentary coffees and teas are provided so you can enjoy a leisurely morning beverage with a great view from the breakfast nook or the outdoor patio table! A half bath is also available on the ground floor. The house has garage parking and washer & dryer available. I Pod docking station with CD and AM/FM radio for your music pleasure. 46 inch flat screen TV with Netflix, Sling TV and network TV, also a couch and overstuffed recliner you can easily fall asleep in (I know from experience).

Warning – this house could be detrimental to your fitness plan as you could spend quite a few hours and days on the deck or patio having drinks and food while enjoying the view. Alternatively, you could roll out of bed and head into South Mountain Park to enjoy/explore the 60 miles of hiking and biking trails. For you wildlife lovers, bird seed is provided for the dozens of gambels quail and other birds that frequent my yard. Also, hummingbirds and woodpeckers are common, along with the occasional roadrunner.

Choose from a library of over 100 books for your reading pleasure. If you don't finish the book before you leave please take it with you.

Sedona is an easy day trip, 2 hours away. Grand Canyon is 4 1/2 hours away, doable on a long day trip.

There is easy access to all sports venues and only 15 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, 15 minutes to Tempe and 20 - 25 minutes from Scottsdale.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

How does pricing work? Here is an explanation as to why you may see varying prices.

DAILY PRICING pricing typically starts at $149 a night, except for March, where it starts at $184 a night and summer at $129 a night. Summer is defined as May 15 - September 30.

WEEKLY and MONTHLY discounts are offered, either plug in your dates for a quote or send me a message. A month is defined as any string of 31 days maximum, not necessarily a calendar month.

SUBLET PRICING is $1800 per month for any 2 or more months between April 1 and Oct 31

Extra person charge of $10 per night after the 4rd person.
