Description

Our beautiful country house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one of each being on the ground floor, sleeping up to 11. The House comes with its own private hot tub. Ideal for family get-togethers, groups of friends, walkers, golfers and girls getaways, it offers spacious accommodation with outstanding views.

Located just 2 miles from Pitlochry, in the centre of Scotland, Kinnaird Country House is a fantastic base from which to visit many of Scotland's great attractions. Just 1.5 hours drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. Elegantly furnished blending the Victorian with contemporary style. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms mentioned, the House comprises of a large entrance hall with sweeping staircase, spacious lounge with window seat into the bay, large dining room, again with bay but also with open fire, large antique oak dining table and luxury leather high back dining chairs and cocktail bar. Off the dining room, you will find our fitted kitchen with lots of extras and a plentiful supply of crockery etc.

Outside there is a front garden, with dining furniture and BBQ available in the summer months.

You will find the private hot tub to the side of the property and it is included in your rental price.

Up to 3 dogs permitted at an extra cost. An air bed can be put up for an additional person at extra cost.

“Enchanted forest visit”

“Absolutely Gorgeous!”

I booked out the house and the cottage for a girls weekend for my mums 50th birthday. When we arrived we immediately noticed the grounds and how stunning they were and inside the house was equally as impressive! It was cleaned to a very high standard. The living room was very cosy and had beautiful bay windows to admire the stunning view. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room was set out beautifully for us to make the occasion even more special. The bedrooms were all very clean and everyone was provided with a bath robe, towel and slippers. The bedrooms all had en suite bathrooms which was ideal for 12 women! The use of both hot tubs was brilliant also and helped us all relax and enjoy the weekend even more! Although we didn't have time to use the newly opened spa, from what we could see it looked stunning and we would definitely use it next time we stay. Pitlochry town centre was about a 30min walk from the house and there are a few pubs to stop at for lunch/drink. Jane, the owner was extremely helpful when booking and keen to answer any questions I had, Andy was also very pleasant to some of the girls in our party he had met whilst cleaning the hot tub early one morning and Yvonne the housekeeper was also very helpful when we arrived, showing us around and demonstrating how to use the hot tubs. Everyone in our party commented on how much they loved the house and cottage and how they wished they lived there all the time! It was a fantastic weekend, enjoyed by everyone and we will definitely be back!

“Very relaxing and enjoyable stay”

Stayed at Kinnaird Country House for a weekend in April. The weekend could not be faulted at all. From the warm welcome to the relaxing times in the hot tub. The house was beautifully decorated and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. All rooms were on suite which was great for our party of 10.
