Seaside Naxos is a complex of newly traditional built yet modern holiday villas, situated on a private site of 4000m2, on an exotic setting, in one of the most privileged part of Plaka beach.
Within only 3 min walk down a relaxing scenery path, you can swim in the crystal clear waters of the world class Plaka beach, at the west side of the island.
The complex and its surroundings offer a unique combination of tranquility and natural beauty, which makes it the ideal holiday destination.
VILLA DESCRIPTION:
Hidden away in the quiet lane of Seaside Naxos Complex in the heart of Plaka beach, Villa Aetheria, is a newly built villa with carefully designed spaces that are meant to offer guests great subtle luxury and overall comfort.
This residence remains faithful in the island's vernacular architecture by using a combination of local stone and white trowelled plaster, which is in full harmony with its environment.
Spread on three separate floors, this four-bedroom villa of 180 sq.m can accommodate up to 10 people, thus makes it ideal for big groups or families who want to spend time together. The main entrance leads directly to a beautifully appointed open-plan area featuring a luminous lounge in stylish furnishings and a fire place.
The built-in, fully-equipped kitchen is stretched outdoors to a welcoming shaded terrace, offering protected living spaces with a large dining table and a built-in sofa, a perfect spot from morning till evening. Guests have all conveniences for a truly enjoyable self-catered stay.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The scene from the private terrace is surrounded by beautiful, rough Cycladic nature and one can enjoy soothing and unobstructed views to the Aegean Sea.
At the lower floor are 3 luminous bedrooms. A master with a king size bed and an additional built-in single sofa bed, a triple bedroom with bunk beds and last but not least a queen size bed, all with en suite bathrooms with a shower.
The bathrooms are all built in a Cycladic style and shaped with polished cement screed in earthy colours, giving a traditional yet modern style to the house.
Villa Aetheria is the idyllic holiday stay for large groups offering a selection of sitting areas for either your party or to relax and really spread out. Guests can have their own space to laze away on an afternoon with an engrossing book or can meet together to allure the spectacular colours of the sunset as the sun slips below the horizon.

Smoking is not permitted inside ANY of our rental properties. If there is evidence that smoking has occurred inside the property you will be charged an additional 50 Ε cleaning and ionisation service fee. Smoking is only permitted on the outside balconies/decks. We would appreciate if you take care of the fabrics and furniture when smoking outside. Ashtrays are usually provided.
